Need to modify or cancel your order?

For order modifications:

Cancellations:

  • Within 1 hour of ordering: Full refund
  • After processing begins: May not be possible due to our fast fulfillment system

SHIPPING

Our shipping process is divided into 3 parts: Handling Time and Transit Time, and Total Delivery Time

  1. Handling Time: All products require a production process. Therefore, our handling time is typically between 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  2. Transit Time: Once your order is ready and has left our warehouse, the transit time is approximately 4 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  3. Total Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

  • After Processing: Address changes not possible once order is in fulfillment

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy at Herrya:

Eligibility:

  • 30-day return window from delivery date
  • Item must be unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging intact

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Worn or damaged items after receipt
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom or personalized items

Refund Options:

  • Original payment method
  • Processing time: 10 business days
  • Shipping costs refunded for defective/wrong items only

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Products without original tags
  • Washed or cleaned items
  • Items with damaged packaging
  • Products with removed labels
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Returns must be authorized
  • Return window: 30 days from delivery
