How to Measure for Jackets:

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your armpits, keeping the tape horizontal.

Shoulder: Measure from the end of one shoulder (at the top of the arm) across to the other shoulder.

Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist.

Length: Measure from the base of the neck (at the back) down to the desired hemline.

Finding the right pant fit is key! Below are our general sizing guides for men's and women's pants, following Australian conventions. Remember that fit can vary slightly by style and fabric.
Important: For the most accurate sizing, we strongly recommend checking the specific measurements table on each individual pant product page if available, as cuts and materials can vary significantly.
How to Measure for Pants:

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (usually the narrowest part for women, where pants sit for men). Keep the tape comfortably loose.

Hips (Women's): Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape level.

Inseam: Measure from the crotch seam (top of your inner thigh) down to your desired hem length (usually ankle bone). It's best to measure a pair of existing well-fitting pants: lay them flat and measure from crotch seam to hem.

Rise: Consider the rise (low, mid, high) mentioned on product pages, as this affects where the waistband sits and the overall fit.
Tip: If you're between sizes, consider the desired fit. For a tighter fit, size down; for looser, size up. Check fabric description for stretch (elastane/spandex).

How to Measure Your Head for a Hat:
- Take a soft measuring tape (or a piece of string you can measure later).
- Wrap it around your head, horizontally, across the middle of your forehead and just above your ears – where a hat would comfortably sit.
- Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight. Read the measurement in centimeters.
- Compare to the chart. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one for comfort. You can often add hat sizer inserts for a more custom fit if needed.

For Women ordering unisex boots: As a general rule, you will need to go down 1.5 to 2 sizes from your standard AU/US Women's shoe size. For example, if you are a Women's AU/US 8.5, you would likely try an AU/UK Men's size 6 or 7. Always prioritise your foot length in CM for the best accuracy.
How to Measure Your Foot Length for Boots:
- Place a piece of paper flat on the floor, with one edge against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel firmly against the wall. Wear the type of socks you'd typically wear with boots.
- Mark the longest part of your foot (usually your big toe or second toe) on the paper.
- Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (that was against the wall) to your mark in centimeters (cm).
- Repeat for your other foot, as they may differ. Use the measurement of your larger foot.
- Compare this CM measurement to the "Foot Length (cm)" column in our chart.
