The duration of warmth depends on two main factors: the capacity of the power bank you use (measured in mAh) and the heat setting you select on the jacket (Low, Medium, or High).

As a general guide:

A 10,000mAh power bank (a common size) can typically provide approximately:

4-6 hours on the Medium heat setting.
2-4 hours on the High heat setting.

A 20,000mAh power bank could potentially double these times.
